Hardware Town Sdn. Bhd. (202301013381 (1507303-X)) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through our website, WhatsApp and shop, and how we use it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email when you contact us or ask for a quotation.
- Your delivery or site address and the items you ask about.
- Files you send us, such as a material list or photo.
- Basic website visit data (pages viewed, device type, approximate city) to improve the website. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotations, arrange delivery or collection, and issue invoices and receipts.
- To keep records required by law and for accounting.
- To send you promotions only if you agree; you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with parties who help us serve you — for example delivery partners, payment providers and our IT service providers — and only what they need. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Quotations, invoices and delivery records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax records. Other enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. We will reply within 21 days.
