Shipping Policy

Hardware Town Sdn. Bhd. delivers building materials and hardware by our own lorries and trusted transport partners.

Delivery areas

We deliver across the Klang Valley, including Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Klang, Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Seri Kembangan, Kajang, USJ and Bandar Sunway. For other areas, WhatsApp us and we will check.

Delivery charges

Charges depend on your location, the weight and size of the order, and site access. We confirm the delivery charge together with your quotation before you pay. Bigger orders may qualify for free delivery.

Delivery time

  • In-stock items: usually the next working day after payment is confirmed.
  • Same-day delivery may be possible for orders confirmed before 11:00 am — please ask.
  • Special-order items: we will tell you the expected date.

At delivery

  • Please make sure someone is on site to receive and check the goods.
  • Our lorry delivers to the nearest accessible point at ground level. Carrying up stairs or into the site can be arranged at extra cost.
  • Report any shortage or damage at delivery, or within 3 days on WhatsApp with photos.

Self-collection

You can collect at our shop: No. 26, Jalan TS 6/9, Taman Perindustrian Subang, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (closed on Sunday and public holidays).
