Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to items bought from Hardware Town Sdn. Bhd. at our shop in Subang Jaya or by order through our website and WhatsApp.

Exchanges and returns

• Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Please bring the original receipt or invoice.
• Items must be complete, with all parts, manuals and accessories.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items cut to size or length (for example cable, wire mesh, pipes, plywood, steel).
• Tinted or mixed-colour paint, and opened paint, chemicals, adhesives or sealants.
• Special-order or indent items ordered specially for you.
• Items that have been installed, used or damaged after purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your goods when you collect them or when they are delivered. If an item is faulty or damaged, tell us within 3 days on WhatsApp 011-1188 8588 with photos. We will replace it, repair it through the manufacturer's warranty, or refund it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made by the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 working days. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was wrong or faulty.

Warranty

Power tools, pumps, water heaters and electrical appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty. Keep your receipt — we will help you make the claim.
